Pendolino

The oil obtained from the introduced pendolino variety has a sophisticated aroma with prevailing hints of green olives and aromatic herbs. It is slightly bitter and pungent, of a bold green colour. Its aftertaste gives a pleasant, accentuated mixture of Mediterranean flavours, almond scents, green radicchio and freshly mown grass.
