Aurum is our top quality extra virgin olive oil, an author blend carefully balanced from selected early-harvested varieties from the Barbariga terroir, characterized by strong fruitiness and freshness. Salvela Aurum is without a doubt our best of the best. The ratio of included varieties varies from year to year, always aiming at obtaining a harmonious blend based on the characteristics of a particular year, which contains all desirable features without overaccentuating any of them.
